IT Outsourcing to india

hi all... basically outsourcing means providing the commercial services to desired company. big companies does not concentrate on small things or manufacturing, so it gives the contract to third party or company which is specialist in that particular product or services to provide their services to the company. Now the question arise why India is so popular for outsourcing and in which area? so answer is India provides more work in lower cost. Indian people are ready to work (more work) in less salary comparison to other countries. Now we talk about IT outsourcing to India. It is global truth that Indian software engineers are good hard worker and have very good technical knowledge, but india is so populated that employees are more and employer are less. that why people are moving towards MNCs and outsourcing for easy earning. And in perspective of developed country, they have lot of work but (in some countries employees are not available ) employee are not good enough or employee demands high salary package and other facilities that cause lot of liability to the company. so they hire Indian people to get done their work. Now how this outsourcing affecting our country and society? First of all because of this outsourcing our country getting the center attraction of global market and getting more and more jobs. By working in these MNCs the living status of Indians are improving day by day.
