almost all skills are same they have only some minor difference, all skills have same motto. First we need to be perfect in a language which is used in your corporate sector, and obviously English has monopoly. so you must learn English in all the way (reading, listening and speaking) because only speaking is not enough.
If you have knowledge but you can not express it, then it is not worth it. To showing your talent you need one medium and that is your language. This is the one way to become employable but their are other things also you can not ignore.
You should be perfect in your field and up to date.
