A person should have good smart thinking,I think that if employee think smartly he can work smart manner.He can achieve the goal very easily,because there are big different in hard work and smart work.
A person should always talk in English,because in India most of people know Hindi,they know English but can't speak it.To become good employee a person should practice to speak English as he can.In big MNCs require English only.
A person should have nice etiquette,because in big company employee can be meeting to clients of other country.So, he should etiquette and positive attitude.
A person can improve himself by reading News paper,Magzines,Articles etc..
A person should participate in extra curriculum like Quiz Contest,Debate,group Discussion.
A person should be punctual because in every industry there is a deadline of project,so he should be dedicated to his work not be lazy.
He always emphasis on the challenge and should ready to learn new things from his mentor and seniors.
I damn sure that if one will follow these he become a good employee in big MNCs.
