you should learn how to get along with everybody(must)
many kind of people are there in industry so u should learn how to behave like a person .
If u know higher than a person who doesn't no ,don't try to misbehave this shows your good approach of getting ahead.
If u contribute ur knowledge in the progress of company then never ever try to understand u know better than them.this will show ur politeness and what i think nothing like it
