How to Become Employable

Lets talk about "how to become employable". A person is employable not only when he/she is educated but only when he/she has traits to sail his/her out. To become employable a person needs to have some essential traits. These traits can be categorized in following points:

1. Communication:
A question which arise many times in company's recruitment "why should we give u job?". To be a part of any reputed company besides knowledge you need to expert with commonly used language i.e. "English". Either you are a IT professional or in any field, you need to excel yourself with the language which is used world wide. To convince a person who is sitting far or a customer who wants your services , you can convince him only with ur communication skills.

You should know how to sell out urself with ur words. Words and ur way of communication plays an importaint role.

2. Get out of "Black-box":
We should experience new things and become innovative. Things which are common and running from a long time period is become so tiresome and not trendy. So, whatever you are doing, just try something new. You should be up to date with your knowledge and enhance it by daily learning. Everyone should have zeal to learn new things.

3. Soft skills:
Soft skills are some of ur behavioral skills which tells us how to behave and how to communicate with other people around you. These are very very essential in market because nobody can tolerate an abusive language. You communication should be so powerful so that people will select you in one instance.
