How to Become Employable

In the receent secanario this is very difficult to become a good employee. But if we can avoid some of our common mistakes everyone can achieve this.
To become a good emplyee we have to improve our skills (soft skills and technicals skills), aptitute, attitude, personality etc. Skills are very important that we have to learn languages more precisely and we have to acquire vast knowledge about the area in which we are working. We have to develope the leadership skills and also we should to be more creative about the work which is going to be done.
One more thing is that its not important that how do we solve the problem, the important thing is that how we take the problem and how we find the all possible solution. The way of looking the problem is important. This quality is also important to become a good employee.
